Sending an access request

If you can't register in the app yourself, send a request for access. The company administrator will receive the request and allow you to log in.

  1. Click on the "Request access" button in the authorization form on the web application (web site).

Access requests can only be sent from the site. This feature is not available in the desktop app.


  1. In the access request form, enter your full name and email address. Click on the "Send Request" button.

Enter your real name so that the administrator can understand which employee sent the request and not reject it.


★ You have successfully sent an access request. After the company administrator confirms it, you will receive an email notification.

Possible problems and solutions:

  • I sent a request, but I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Contact your company administrator. Your request may have been rejected or ignored.
