Changing Email Address

Each user can change the email address that they use to log in to the app.

  1. Click on your profile image in the upper-right corner of the page. In the menu that appears, select "Edit profile".
  1. Enter your new email address on the profile page. Click on “Save” button.
  1. A confirmation email is sent to the specified email address. To confirm your new email address, click "Change email" button.
  1. Additional: To cancel an email change, click the corresponding button on the profile page.

You can only cancel an email change if the new email has not been confirmed yet.

★ You have successfully changed your email address and can now use it to log in to AtTrack.

  • Can someone other than me change my email address?

The administrator can change the e-mail address of any employee of the company.

  • I entered a new e-mail address, clicked "Save" button, but the email didn't arrive.

Check whether you entered your new email address correctly. If you made a spelling mistake, then cancel the change of e-mail, enter the correct email address and click "Save".
