Password Recovery

When you log in to the app using e-mail, you must enter your password.

If you forgot your account password, you can change it using your email address.

1. In the authorization form, click "Forgot password"

2. Enter the email address you used when registering in the app and click "Next".

3. Open your email. An email with a link for password recovery was sent to the specified e-mail address. In the email, click on the "Change password" button.

4. In the password change form, fill in the “New password” and “Confirm new password " fields and click “Save password”.

The password must:

• be at least 8 characters long
• contain lowercase and uppercase letters of the English alphabet
• contain numbers
• contain special characters

The passwords in the “New password” and “Confirm new password " fields must match.

★ Your account password has been successfully changed. Now you can log in to the app using your new password.

Possible problems and solutions:

• E-mail is not suitable.

Contact your company administrator. It will tell you which e-mail was used during registration.
