Choosing a pricing plan

When registering a new company and the administrator enters the site for the first time, a pop-up window automatically opens for him offering to select a pricing plan and connect modules. Modules will provide you with more detailed information about your and your employees’ working day using screenshots, selecting additional report types, as well as giving the ability to bill your clients and to connect the tracker with the relevant Trello/Jira boards.  

Basic plan - does not include any modules, all modules are available only for an additional fee. 

Pro plan - includes a more extended list of services, 3 modules are included in the price plan (modules for integration with Trello/Jira boards and the Screenshots module in the basic configuration). Additional modules can be purchased.

Business plan- all services are available, 4 modules are included in the price plan (modules for integration with Trello/Jira boards, billing and Screenshots in the basic configuration). Additional modules can be purchased.

Only the Administrator has the ability to select a price plan or view information about the current plan. 

  1. Go to the “Payment for services” section 
  2. Click on the ”Rates" tab

On this tab, the administrator can get acquainted in detail with the functionality and connected modules for each of the pricing plans.

3. You can connect additional modules to each of the plans. To do this, click on the ”Modules" button

3.1 Select the module you are interested in, and click “Install the module or “Configuration Change” if this step is present. The configuration allows you to choose the basic or advanced functionality of the module.

4. To connect the pricing plan, please, click on "Select Plan”
