Create an Effectivity Template
Create an Effectivity Template
1. Go to the Settings section on the Templates tab and click on the "+ Create template"
2. Specify the name of the template, configure its availability. If you select "Only me", then other managers will not be able to use your template.
3. The “Neutral” category lists the fixed applications. Select one or more applications, and then (in the small window that opens at the bottom of the screen) select the level of effectivity that is suitable for the highlighted applications.
4. Click the "Save" button.
5. Distribute the remaining applications according to the level of effectivity and save your template by clicking the yellow "Save" button at the very bottom of the screen.
