Deactivating the user
Deactivating the user
Deactivation is the archiving of a user without removing it from the general list of employees. The deactivated user participates in all reports marked as "deactivated". The user account does not participate in the calculation of the subscription fee from the moment of deactivation. Has the subscription status "Inactive".
The administrator and the sysadmin have the ability to deactivate the user.
- Go to the “Users” section
- Click "Deactivate", opposite the required employee
3. Confirm deactivation
4. Administrator and system administrator can deactivate users. Click on “Activate” next to the deactivated user.
★ The user has been successfully activated.
From that moment on, in case you have a paid subscription, he/she will be added to the subscribers’ list. Subscription status now is "Active”
