Link Request to Access an Existing Account
If an employee tries to log in to the app using a non-corporate Google account, a new access request is automatically created. An administrator can link a second Google account to an employee's account. In this case, the employee can log in to AtTrack using both Google accounts.
Only the Administrator can link a second Google account.
- In the administrator account, go to the "Users" section. Open the “Requests on access” tab. Select the request you want to process from the list.
- Click the "Accept" button next to the desired request. In the window that opens, click the Link account button.
The button is only displayed in queries that were created after the attempt
log in using a non-corporate Google account.
- Select the user you want to link the second Google account to from the list and click the “Link the account” button.
★ You have successfully linked an additional Google account to an existing user. Now an employee can log in to AtTrack using both Google accounts.

- Can I log in to the desktop app or website using my e-mail and password using the second Google account's e-mail address?
No, you can't use an additional Google account to log in to the app using your email address and password.
